Shreyash Goli

I study Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), Bioengineering, and Business at UC Berkeley's MET program. I'm primarily interested in many AI x TechBio fields (biosecurity, platform biology, spatial transcriptomics, AI-driven drug discovery and therapeutics, and protein design).

I'm currently conducting research at the AlQuraishi Lab at Columbia University, focused on training reinforcement learning policies to steer structure diffusion processes toward efficient binder design. Previously, I worked on agents for molecule design at Merck and mechanistic interpretability research of DeepVariant at Google Research.
